Very basic welcome. Service orientation on a minimum level. Room furniture from the 90th. The facility looks old and torn. Breakfast is a joke.

The first room had bed bugs so they moved me to another room that also had bedbugs. I left immediately and they are still debating a refund.

Not so good, I was expecting it to be more fancy and luxurious and it was far from that. Some of our family stayed at the grand hotel that was more luxurious for way cheaper.

The breakfast staff was very courteous , and helpful .Also kept up with maintaining cleanliness of dining area and food availability. Check- out was easy and convenient. Non working exhaust fan in bath. Only 1 bulb working in bath.

Nice place, a little high on pricing for what you get. 2 Parking lot lights out made the parking area dark and somewhat creepy.

The property itself was average. What we didn't realize was that the ****** was not in the hotel. However, the hotel did provide a shuttle service to the ******. Also, the continental breakfast was better than average. The thing that was most irritating was the fact that there is no daily housekeeping. You had to go down to the front desk to get clean towels, toilet paper, etc.
